Video: Alleged TORTURE in AFP training
The videos of the alleged torture involving soldiers of the Philippine Army’s 9th Infantry Division are all over the news lately. The 9IB-PA based in Kuta Elias Angeles, Pili, Camarines Sur, particularly its training unit, was accused of “maltreatment and abuse” on new recruits during a training exercise.
YouTube user “ISNAYP” released the video via YouTube mid-March 2011 but the exact date when these videos were taken were not revealed. We’ve read reports that the videos were recorded in 2008.
