The 10 million subscribers milestone had been achieved by Mark Zuckerberg with just 11 weeks. As of this writing Mark’s followers were 10,086,000 subscribers. The service that was introduced by Facebook is somewhat similar to the twitter updates from micro-blogging site Twitter.

The subscribers features is an optional updates to be confirmed by the users itself. It will allow someone to follow their idols although without direct contacts as friends.

With more than 800 million subscribers, the social network will surely made a significant contributions especially for the latest features that will enable us to follow those who are worth worrying.

Possible candidate to topple Mark on the 10 million mark subscribers were Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Kim Kardashian, Britney Spears, Barack Obama, Shakira, and Rihanna.

The subscribers button will make someone who were concerned enough with their privacy to think and think again before following someone. All the updates and news feeds will appear on their wall.
