Botanical Vitality is an extract of pomegranate, grape seed, and various other things that are supposed to support a long, healthy life. At $90 for 180 capsules the price is pretty steep. You can buy grape seed extract, the main ingredient in this concoction, for a lot less than this elsewhere on the web.

Botanical Vitality-I guess the theory behind this product is that people who drink red wine every day appear to live longer and have fewer health problems than people who abstain. It is believed that resveratrol supplements compounds in the wine are the cause of this effect. Thus, by separating and concentrating these compounds into a capsule with resveratrol supplements, we can obtain the benefits without having to consume alcohol. The problem is, none of this has been proven by scientific research. No long-term studies of the effects of supplementing with reservatrol on human longevity have been done. There is no proof this product works as purported with Botanical Vitality.

Botanical Vitality-There are benefits to taking grape seed extract if you have weak blood vessels and bruise easily. There is probably some health benefit to drinking moderate amounts of wine. The same compounds that are in wine are also in grape juice. If you want to have the benefits of grape seed extract, drink red grape juice. If you want to take grape seed extract, buy it as such. You might also consider drinking a glass of red wine with your meals, but that would be the logical thing to do-resveratrol supplements.
