Sure, let’s have Michelle Obama prance around like a NoHo harlot with daisy duke shorts while her hustler Obama is out scamming the nation, but drudge up an unfortunate incident that happened to Mrs. Laura Bush while she was 17. You know who else cares about being 17 again? Zach Effron, the underwear model boyfriend of Miley Cyrus.

There are some things responsible adults should be ashamed of doing, and dabbling around with the affairs of children is one of them.

Laura Bush Killed A Guy

Bush twice for president know that Laura Bush did not kill a man. Never. Just didn’t happen. It’s a sick liberal ploy, a Democratic distraction, a smear campaign against a good woman, revenge because they simply can’t get over losing in 2000. Laura Bush did not kill a guy. Period.

But what if both sides of the story were true, to a certain extent?

Because, if one wants to get technical, Laura Bush did not kill a man. Laura Bush never ran a stop sign in the middle of a dark Texas night and killed a man in a vehicle traveling at right angles to her car and who also had the right-of-way. That is because Laura Bush did not exist as Laura Bush until 1977. She was 31 years old by one day when she married the man who would become the 43rd president of the United States. And the first full day of her honeymoon would be the 14th anniversary of the day that Laura Welch ran a stop sign, causing an accident that would result in the death of a teenage guy that went to her high school.

So, technically, Laura Bush did not kill a man. Laura Welch killed a man.

TheAP reports that after weeks of constant attacks by the right wing, Van Jones has resigned as Special Advisor for Green Jobs at the Council on Environmental Quality. Below is the letter he sent to chair Nancy Sutley:

I am resigning my post at the Council on Environmental Quality, effective today.

On the eve of historic fights for health care and clean energy, opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me. They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide.

I have been inundated with calls – from across the political spectrum – urging me to “stay and fight.”

But I came here to fight for others, not for myself. I cannot in good conscience ask my colleagues to expend precious time and energy defending or explaining my past. We need all hands on deck, fighting for the future.

It has been a great honor to serve my country and my President in this capacity. I thank everyone who has offered support and encouragement. I am proud to have been able to make a contribution to the clean energy future. I will continue to do so, in the months and years ahead.
