Katrina Halili and Hayden Kho Scandal
Ngayong isang Pilipino mismo ang nasa likod ng pambababoy sa ating kababaihan Ginoobng Pangulo, higit at mas grabe ang aking galit. Ang mas malala pa Ginoong Pangulo, ay isang doktor ang nasa likuran ng kababuyang ito.
Needless to say, Mr. President, ang isang doktor ay kailangang maging kagalang-galang sa kaniyang pagkilos. Kailangang respetuhin niya ang dangal ng lahat, at tratuhin ng may respeto ang bawat tao.
According to Republic Act 2382 or the Medical Act of 1959, if a doctor displays immoral or dishonorable conduct, then he may be reprimanded or even kicked-out of the profession. Lilinawin ko lang Mr. President, the acts in the video itself is not what I am angry about, kundi ang paraan ng paglinlang nitong doktor na ito, taking advantage of the trust, confidence and emotions, ng kanyang girlfriend, para makunan ng video at ipakalat ito sa publiko, which has definitely ruined the dignity and honor of these poor and hapless women. Ngayon Mr. President, ang babaeng kanyang biniktima ay nasa state depression na. Hindi na po makalabas ng bahay. Kawawa naman.
Ang nakakalungkot pa nito Mr. President, itong babae pa mismo, these past weeks, ang naririnig natin na nagso-sorry, pero ‘ni minsan, itong manyak na ito ay hindi humingi ng paumanhin.
Sa video mismo, makikita ang masamang intensyon nito, na patagong isinet-up ang camera, at pinuwesto ang babae para siguradong makunan. Ginoong Pangulo, ang tinutukoy ko po ay si Dr. Hayden Kho who is a pervert of the highest kind, a predator who has no conscience nor respect for women.
Totoo na wala tayong pakialam sa nangyayari sa loob ng apat ng dingding ng kuwarto ng magsing-irog o mag-asawa, ngunit, kung ang ganitong bagay ay gagawin ng walang pahintulot ng sinumang kasali dito, malinaw na may responsibilidad ang estado na ituwid ang kamalian. This is the reason Mr. President that I have already written the PRC to revoke the license of Dr. Hayden Kho and ban him from the practice of medicine perpetually. He has no right to treat patients just knowing his state of mind fully well. Paano mo ipagkakatiwala ang anak mong babae sa ganitong doktor?
Hindi siya marunong gumalang sa kababaihan. Para bang wala siyang nanay o mga kapatid na babae. If you ask me, wala sa tamang pag-iisip ang taong ito, and according to the Medical Act, this doctor can also be punished for insanity. Buwang itong doktor na ito. Baliw Mr. President.
This perversity poses a risk to the public that according to studies will escalate to further acts of perversity. Huwag na nating hintayin na may iba pa siyang mabiktima.
But I believe this penalty is not enough. Kaya nga kailangan na po talaga nating magpasa ng batas ng magpaparusa sa ganitong mga gawain. Ito ang dahilan kung bakit isinumite ko itong Senate Bill number 12 na magpaparusa sa mga taong gumagawa nito. I believe that voyeurism should be punished, and the publication of sex videos with or without the consent of the parties should be dealt with properly. Kailangan ding parusahan ang mga Internet Service Provider na magbibigay ng access sa mga ganitong kalaswaan. We can follow the Chinese or Middle Eastern model where all ISPs are required to block online pornography. Para sa akin, dapat mabulok sa bilangguan ang mga ganitong tao para wala na silang maperwisyo.
Sa dinami dami ngayon ng mga sex scandal na kumakalat, kailangan nating kumilos para protektahan ang ating mga kababayan, ang ating mga kababaihan, lalo na ang mga kabataang kababaihan.
Kung hindi tayo kikilos ngayon, para bang nawalan na rin tayo ng karapatan na magalit at bumatikos sa mga dayuhang bumababoy at yumuyurak sa dangal ng Pilipina.
Because of how strongly I feel about the issue, and how serious this matter is, I have chosen to exercise my privilege not to be interpellated. Umaasa po ako na maiintindihan ninyo. Thank you very much, Mr. President.

YOU HYPOCRITE SOCIETY! LET THE UNGUILTY ONE CAST THE FIRST STONE! SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE! THE ONLY DIFFERENCE WITH THESE SINNERS IS THAT THEY GOT EXPOSED! WHAT ABOUT YOU? I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER..LAST WINTER…LAST SPRING…LAST FALL…WHAT YOU'VE DONE COULD EVEN BE WORSE. JUST BECAUSE YOUR EVIL THOUGHTS AND EVIL DEEDS ARE NOT EXPOSED DOESN'T MEAN YOU ARE A BETTER PERSON. CONDEMN THE SIN, YES, BUT NOT THE SINNER. THERE'S NOTHING MORE PERVERT THAN HYPOCRISY. First of all, making a sex video is not grounds for having a doctor's license revoked.
Secondly, what two people do in their own private company is their own business. If you ask me the only thing that went wrong here is that somebody leaked the video to the public. If somebody is to be blamed, its that guy… er person (to be politically correct).
Thirdly, why on earth is the Philippine Senate doing an inquiry/ investigation on this matter? The Senate makes laws, and the judiciary enforces them. Did anybody file a case against Hayden Kho? If so, file a case in court. Or file a complaint in your barangay. There is no need to inquire as Hayden Kho already admitted to filming the video. Both of them obviously know they are being filmed contrary to our good senator's observation. Perhaps he has not seen the video? He is either blind or plain stupid. I hope for the sake of our country that it's the former and not the latter.
This debacle is pathetic. This is a small matter between a group of individuals with personal tastes and relationship disputes. If it's a legal matter settle it in court. If it's a moral matter go to confession. If it is a psychological matter, get a shrink. If this is an internet problem… we'll it's too big for you to stop so don't even try. Once it's out there there's no taking it back.
For goodness sake a f*cking scandal does not warrant this much attention. When it gets this big and especially when the Senate gets involved this becomes an issue of the Filipino people.
Somebody please slap these numbskulls back into their senses.

Examine Katrina’s reputation. Does she have the right to complain ? She slept with Hayden knowingly, freely and willingly. She also had full knowledge that she is stole somebody else’s boyfriend. While she was taking ecstacy drugs she was only wearing a towel. You would wonder what she did before putting the towel on her body considering that at that time she was with male companions who like her were high with drugs. shame on her. A question must be resolved : Is it really true that she had no knowledge that she was videod?
Why would revoke Hayden’s professional license when that is “blood money” going to med school. Its so unlucky that he was given all the attention because of the scandal. What about those professionals who do medical negligence? And lucky for Bong and Jinggoy to be on the spotlight because of this issue. What about those people who had sex scandals way before, that one of them committed suicide because her husband found out her sex video. That was not even given attention by the Senate. There were many cases. Because she’s an actress and she’s Katrina Halili? But people! What about Katrina’s reputation? Don’t pinpoint all the mistakes to Hayden Kho. Who would want his professional license be revoke in a just a sex scandal which both of them enjoyed doing. Be fair! :ponder_tb:
I’m not pro Hayden Kho. but I’m just thinking the Senators must not revoke his only means of income. The scandal is not directly related to his profession and this should not be taken against his license. I think he didn’t even want the video to spread. He is a victim as well. What he did is really a nasty one. He was trying to keep the tape private as it has been for years. I know he should not have taped it.. and without permission pa.. but I think he’s not the only one.
I believe Katrina is not his own patient, at least not directly… If indeed she is his patient or those 2 other girls, then that would change the situation. He really could potentially lose his license. Poor H… I know for sure he is in much suffering now and is paying for all these tsk tsk tsk.
according to expert, those who love to do what Dr. Kho did are actually mentally ill and the rehabilitation process is long.
I don’t get people who do such things. It’s just so disrespectful!
