President GMA’s Great Moves
The reason Gloria Arroyo’s running for Congress is that she is aiming for a powerful office for her harassment after she has stepped out of office and is stripped of immunity.
Her political comeback via Congress is to revive Charter Change which still very much alive in GMA’s mind.
She may make these moves:
1. If she wins a seat in congress on MAy 2010
2. She may apply for Speakership
3. Once she will become a Speaker, she will work hard for the amendment of the constitution and transform Congress into a parliament.
4. She may set her eyes on the seat of the Prime Minister of Presidency.
She may win handily a seat in Congress but all odds are against her when she makes her other moves.

For the next President of the Republic of the Philippines, corruption still continues to be a major issue. Another major issue is the “Armed Forces of Mindanao” or warlordism.
Another is Insurgency.
The growing population rising poverty, and insurgency which may contribute greatly to the volatile Philippines, are just a few from GMA’s inheritance.
