French writer, director, and photographer Pierre-Emmanuel Plassart was spotted with KC’s grandmother Elaine Cuneta.
The two were also reportedly spotted in Boracay.
Nitz Miralles of Pilipino Star Ngayon wrote that Plassart is currently in the country, enjoying his stay in Boracay with his “special friend” KC Concepcion.
