About 90 contestants from different countries and territories are expected to compete in Miss Earth2009. At the conclusion of the competition, outgoing titleholder Miss Earth 2008 Karla Henry from the Philippines will crown her successor.

- November 4 – Press Presentation – Valle Verde, Pasig City
- November 4 – National Costume Competition – Amazing Philippines Theater, Manila
- November 14 – Final Swimsuit Competition – Fontana Leisure Park & Casino, Pampanga
- November 16 – Final Evening Gown Competition – PAGCOR Grand Theater, Parañaque City
- November 17 – Final Talent Competition – Coron, Palawan
- November 22 – Grand Coronation Night – Boracay Ecovillage Resort and Convention Center
Miss Earth 2009 beauty pageant will be held at the Boracay Ecovillage Resort and Convention Center, Boracay, Philippines on November 22, 2009. The list of Miss Earth 2009 winners is available here once announced.
